Can I link existing databases?
Of course, the template is set up to be easily extensible.
I would like to document my emails in the deals. Is that possible?
Yes, but only through external automation. We have set up these automations multiple times before. Alternatively, you can also forgo automation if you use Notion Business including AI and the Enterprise Search with access to Gmail. Feel free to contact us if you need support with that.
Can I use the template in the free version?
Yes, that definitely works! You can definitely use this structure also in the free version. However, for optimal use, especially regarding the AI Meeting Notes, we recommend Notion Business including Notion AI.
I have already linked databases for companies and contacts, can I link them here for you as well?
Sure, it's best to do that by opening the databases directly through the database page. There you can replace the link.
